The Eels on Wheels Adaptive Scuba Program is a registered 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization that provides people the opportunity to dive at their own ability level by certifying divers through the Handicapped SCUBA Association (HSA). With resources from all the regulatory bodies governing SCUBA diving, this program is able to meet the needs of virtually anyone wishing to be a SCUBA diver regardless of any physical or mental limitations.
